Watermelon Summer Salad Recipe

It's getting hot here in California, so today, Home Cafe Blog is serving refreshing and crunchy summer salad.

Enjoy this watermelon salad refrigerated during those heat waves.

You can use any kind of berries you like in this Salad, blueberries work great.

  • Prep Time: 15 minutes

  • Equipment: Knife, Cutting Board

Our Summer Salad starts with Watermelon!

  1. Simply chop all the Ingredients into a bite size.

    We used:

    500 g (18 oz) Watermelon
    500 g (18 oz) Cherries
    250 g (9 oz) Strawberries

    Feel free to add any other Berries you like, there are no rules in this recipe!

2. Next, add in chopped 10 g (1/4 cup) Chopped Mint Leaves.

3. Final step - 5 tbsp Lime Juice. You can also add Lime Zest for an extra kick!

4. Decorate with Mint Leaves, refrigerate and enjoy!
